Far East Union Investment & Development Inc. is a diversified investment and operations platform established in 2022 and headquartered in the Makati CBD, Philippines. Building on the foundation of Yama Real Estate, the first Chinese-founded real estate company in Manila established in 2013, the group has developed over a decade of deep market experience and strong local resources.

The company’s core businesses include real estate brokerage and investment, hotel and resort development, and commercial real estate and retail, supported by legal advisory and related professional services. Through a structured management model integrating multiple specialized business divisions, Far East Union provides comprehensive, one-stop investment solutions and actively manages a diversified portfolio across the Philippines.

Oct. 2013

Yama Real Asia company was officially established.

Jul. 2014

The business expanded and Far East Business Consultancy Inc. was established to carry out legal consultation, visa & immigration services.

2015

The company continued to grow, the office expanded from 1 to 5 units, and the company's leasing business ranked first in the market.

2018 to 2019

The company won the RFO and second-hand housing sales champions in Alphaland, Three Central, Shang Salcedo projects, and the company is growing rapidly.

Sep. 2022

The company was upgraded to Far East Union Investment & Development Inc., opening a new chapter for us.

2025

The company develops hotel and resort projects and has entered the hospitality industry.
